Roads to walk are the roads on Haryana's own list: on 8 October 2026 the state gave GMDA, MCG and HSVP thirty days to upgrade 100 Gurugram roads, footpaths included, by 7 November. Only GMDA's 27 are public so far. A check counts for a road when it starts within 60 m of it. Assignment sheet for volunteers.

Every pin is a check a citizen walked and a moderator read. Pins are rounded to about 10 m. "Verified" pins were re-walked by a trained volunteer. Pins that fail the 100 m test are stretches where a walker could not go 100 m on the footpath without stepping onto the road: the Supreme Court's own test for a footpath that exists (Maniyar Iliyaz, 19 June 2026, para 20(b)).
